الاستبدال، الإرجاع واسترداد المبلغ

يجب تجربة الطلب عند استلامه، حيث أننا لا نقبل الإرجاع أو الاستبدال إلا إذا تم الإبلاغ خلال يومين من استلام الطلب.
إذا كنت بحاجة إلى استبدال أو إرجاع أي من المنتجات، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من استلام طلبك على البريد الإلكتروني: mavrxksa@gmail.com مع ذكر طلبك ورقم الطلب.

يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية وتشمل جميع الملصقات.

يجب إجراء عملية الإرجاع في نفس السوق/المنطقة التي تم فيها الشراء.
