Your comfort matters. If the size is not right or you change your mind, returning or exchanging is simple.

Return window

Return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• Item unworn and in original condition.
• Tags, barcode and original packaging intact.
• Order number included.

How to return or exchange

• Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number and reason.
• We arrange pickup from your address via courier.
• After inspection we confirm the refund or send your replacement.

Refunds

• Cash-on-delivery orders: refunded by bank transfer or store credit within 3 to 7 business days.
• Card / mada orders: refunded to the same card within 7 to 14 business days.

Exchanges

We exchange size or color within the return window, subject to availability.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons: socks and underwear once opened, and items on final sale.
